The staff is just No. The pretzels however are really good. I went in there yesterday and this really rude lady at the cashier greets me, and says my FOOD choices are questionable?! like excuse me mind yo business?! AND THEN SERVES ME A PRETEZEL OF HER OWN CHOICE? like who gave you the right to do that?! smh never coming back again.

Discovered this place while doing work for the city. I am not a big pretzel fan, but these soft pretzels are delicious, perfect work lunch. I would appreciate an option to get them served with a plate, knife and fork though. They can be messy and it's hard to dip without cutting or tearing.

This place used to be Mrs. Fields not too long ago, It is now a Mr. Pretzels. I'm a huge sweet tooth and I love pretzels and pretzel bites as a dessert/snack.My go to is the cinnamon flavor and I really like that they opened this location in the mall so that there is no monopoly in which Aunt Anne's pretzels had that in the mall.At Mr. Pretzels you can find the equivalent of Ms. Annes, but at a cheaper price which makes it more appealing for people on a budget.It is safe to say that this location is my go to at the mall for the best bang for the buck for pretzels

Me and my fiancée decided to try this place pretzels. The beautiful asian guy who I forgot to ask for his name, had the best customer service and even told us which pretzels are which when I ordered two in one bag. He was very cheerful and happy to help us. The pretzels were so GOOD and we didn't even have to wait more than 20s. 101% would try again

The 1st time I tried their pretzels got disappointed as it was tastless Felt like eating a cardboard. Have given it another chance after couple of months and just the same disappointment. Their competitor PRETZELMAKER still have the best pretzels.

The pretzels smell so good and are very delicious! They offer both savoury and sweet versions of the whole pretzels; cinnamon and salted versions are delicious choices. Also, they have pretzel dogs composed of sausage surrounded by pretzel pastry. The brush of melted butter and toppings provide the extra touch of deliciousness. Not sure if the price is worth it, but good to have once in a while. The staff are all friendly and quick at producing the pretzels. Pretzel bites come in a cup with the option to place them in a paper bag.
