Mr. Pretzels

So many options and they made everything fresh. My kids were amazed watching the staff shape the dough for new fresh ones. I did not mind waiting for fresh pretzels. Was fairly busy in their little store, lots of people enjoying the delicious pretzels. The wait however was not too long even with the amount of people ordering. We ordered a classic pretzel, Nutella pretzel and caramel pretzel- all were incredibly delicious. The staff was very friendly and well mannered.The only downfall is that the place is so tiny so we had to sit on a bench in the middle hallway of the mall. Not the worst when your kids are a bit older and don’t need a table. Nutella and caramel pretzels are a bit messy but that’s part of enjoying them. Remember to grab napkins!!

These pretzels are amazing! So fresh and all so delicious. The staff was friendly, efficient and clean!Big, warm, fresh and delicious! My favourite so far is the salted pretzel with sesame added.

I had a craving for a nice buttery, salty, soft pretzel so we stopped in during our family mall trip. The pretzels were just out of the oven when we got them. The disappointing part was the taste. They didn't have much flavour or much salt. I got some of the warm cheddar for dipping but it was pretty gross to be honest. There's a lot of other better tasting cheese dips out there that don't have that weird taste. It was pretty expensive for the amount of food you get and not as good as some of their competitors.

Highly recommend, it’s the best Pretzel I’ve ever, so fresh with plenty of choices, their cheese dip unbelievable !!!

I visit Mr.Pretzel everytime i go to Devonshire mall.Everything you order is freshly baked and delicious. The menu is very affordable too

I decided to try this pretzel place today. I arrived just after opening to find the most helpful lady. I ended up buying 2 pretzels. Both where delicious and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Friendly staff and very clean & organized! Our pretzel was nice and warm. Line adds up quick but wait time is super short :)
